- the copyright agreement that confirms the assignment of property right to work
- author's contract on the transfer of the right for use the work
- application for copyright registration duty work than the above materials must also contain a document confirming who owns intellectual property rights to the object created in connection with the employment contract (in accordance with the st.429 Civil Code of Ukraine).document confirming that property rights are transferred
- document of the payment of the preparations for the registration of the contract power of Attorney
